My first treatment was a Brazilian wax or that’s what I booked it as. The ‘therapist’ Martinez (?) brown hair ponytail, possible polish accent, black jumper with sparkles in was nothing like I have EVER experienced in al the different places I have had waxing done. She spoke to me nothing but ‘you want everything off yes?’, ‘turn over, move you leg together, no move
Your leg’ and when I didn’t do what she wanted she proceeded to just tug my legs into the position she wanted to wax my back part without any communication, seemed like she lost her patience and just shoved me into place. She was rough, to the point I felt like I wanted to cry by the end of it, and I put my coat on wanting to leave. I have had waxing for years and by many different therapists and never had an issue so I was really shocked by this behaviour. The wax was very hot and she took a long time to do it, the wax
Went inside my parts and I am
Still feeling pain now. At the end it looked awful because she did not trim
My line as you usually do for a Brazilian was, I asked her to use her scissors as I was too embarrassed to ask her to do it and she throw the scissors down next to me with a cotton pad with a
Tiny bit of
Oil on it that did nothing and
I was told to finish off and wipe
The oil on myself and she walked out the room. She did not lock the door and
Someone came into the room whilst I was half
Naked and I had to push the door shut. It was a traumatic experience to be honest that I still feel upset about, it
Is my body and it was treated like an inanimate object where she had a task to complete on it. I don’t think it know if it was intentional but she needs to realise she is touching real people who expect a therapeutic touch not like you are in a waxing factory. I suggest this person does some therapeutic training before being allowed to practice again. I will never forget how ashamed I felt due to her standoffish treatment.
