My first treatment was a Brazilian wax or that’s what I booked it as. I don’t think it know if it was intentional but she needs to realise she is touching real people who expect a therapeutic touch not like you are in a waxing factory. I suggest this person does some therapeutic training before being allowed to practice again. I will never forget how ashamed I felt due to her standoffish treatment.

Staff a little standoffish. Sports massage a little disappointing - not much more than a Swedish.
