Unfortunately booked through Treatwell and the appointment wasn’t sent to the spa so had to be rearrange after I appeared...disappointed with computer error causing inconvenience but staff lovely as always

The massage itself was very good, but started 15 minutes late. Neither the receptionist nor the therapist apologised for the delay -- quite unprofessional as I rushed to make this appointment on time. And the entire time I was waiting, no one offered me tea or water.
To make matters worse, my 55 minute massage was only 45 minutes! I only realised while I was getting dressed, and by then it was too late.
Unlikely to go back again.
