The appointment was about 10 mins late - but that was due to the person before me turning up late. But Joanna was really lovely and apologised.
She did a great job and was really considerate.

when I booked my appointment I made sure to be with the usual girl I don't know her name she has glasses, I wasn't happy when another girl called me I mentioned I booked with other girl she asked me to go to her. New girl she is not experienced most of time she use the laser on air not on my face. also my appointment is for 30 minutes it last only 15 minutes. I noticed you booked my next appointment with her Joana I think new girl which I am not happy I want the same girl who was doing my laser from start. I paid for another 6 and I want some one who has experience do my laser. thank you
