My experience has been amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The building is very clean and the lady carrying out the laser treatment is very nice.

Everybody is super kind and constantly checking up on you. The only way I can criticise is in comparison to other laser clinincs, they don't talk about their machine so much and don't help and explain what exactly the treatment entails of. I think briefing the treatment and talking through would be very much better to help ease the mind on how laser works and why they use the machine they do. During my first treatment my beautician (I forgot her name I'm sorry) constantly asked if the laser felt alright, whether it was bareable and listened when I told her it got too hot. It was nice and quick too which I didn't expect. I was in and out of the building in 20 minutes at most!
