When you first arrive it's a little confusing as it's in a business park and with letters on the floor, tape on stairs and work going on in corridor doesn't look too professional. Inside is much nicer and as you'd expect with a salon. My first treatment was on one machine and seemed to do absolutely nothing! She didn't really get into all the areas enough either (and if you're going full Hollywood with perinal it's almost the annoying places to reach you want done the most!) was over very quick. The second and third times felt longer, on a different machine where they don't use gel and it felt more effective you could feel the heat and cold like it's actually doing something. I have fair skin and dark hair - perfect for the laser. However it really hasn't worked! Hair still growing and I'll still need to go get waxed or shave as I normally did! If three sessions isn't enough why sell in blocks of three? At this stage it's been a waste of money. Staff very friendly though I did get one appt mixed up and so was late and they were very snippy but to be fair it was my mistake.
