Had my initial patch test which was quick and simple! The venue is convenient and the staff were all very friendly and they were very thorough with their explanations. Definitely felt like I was well taken care of.

Went for a chemical peeling with Olga. She walked me through every step, giving me a heads up for possible discomfort (there was barely any), and giving me useful information about my skin and generally just chatting away the whole time. She is so lovely and the whole appointment was so nice, would definitely recommend her!!
