When it come to the staff, cleanliness and the overall picture of the clinic they have always been outstanding, extremely polite and personally never had a bad experience with any of the girls.
However, the laser on its own seems to have no effect at all. I've had 16 treatments so far (one the same areas) and during my 3-month gap between the sessions (as I wanted to see how much hair has gone) I was extremely disappointed to find out that I lost around 10% of it. Between the sessions there is almost no hair as it falls out and by the time the new hair grows it is again lasered and again removed. However, if you stop for a few months (2-3 is enough) you will see how effective it was. My hair is dark, black in certain parts, therefore, there is no reason why it should not have been affected.

Loved the lady that did my laser, she is so nice and friendly and smiling all the time. The lady at the counter is super moody, needs to smile and have a more opening friendly approach, kinda puts me off calling in or to even speak to the counter, she really needs to smile, shes pretty, only thing shes lacking is the beauty of her smile :). I didn't get ant information about what type of machine that is being used on me and any kind of information about it, like other clinics do.
