Absolutely perfect delivery of my facial - glycolic peel. I had initially booked a more intensive peel but they advised me against it at that moment due to my schedule in the coming days. Agnes was very experienced and I feel safe and comfortable in her hands. She also explained everything in detail so I was fully aware of the procedure. Will definitely be returning

Made to wait 20 minutes until I was told that the person I’d booked with wasn’t actually there and was only there on Saturdays, even though your system allowed me to book for a Thursday. Total waste of time.
