I arrived 10 min earlier. There are two therapists behind a dest, Administrator was engaged in talk with doctor. No one bother to geat me. I saw a note that I can take a seat and some one will be with me shortly. I was waiting for 25 min untill I approached the administrator with questions will I be provided any service today or it cancel again. She pointed lady Rima who did not show even sigh of anything going wrong. No apologies,It looked that is totally normal situation, not to me.
