The booking process was fast and easy.
I went in for my free patch test prior to starting my laser hair removal treatment.
I was given a friendly welcome and was taken through the questionnaire and explained what will happen during the procedure, pre- and aftercare.
No question was too much trouble and I am now looking forward to get started.

Laser was not working but they still carried on with the treatment until I questioned a few times why I couldn’t feel anything. Then she finally realised it wasn’t working and I had to leave with no offer to rearrange or any compensation for my time.

The new place looks great and Ieva is always very nice. She is always checking if you feel pain or if she can regulate the temperature to have better results!
