I bought the package back in May and have only just had my first appointment! It has been a tiresome task to actually get a date in the diary due to the company being so busy and the diary is full up 3 months in advance! This should be stated when purchasing a package. Apart from that, the first session went well and the beauty therapist was very nice!
Great first visit here. Gerda was extremely friendly and helpful, I felt right at ease. The treatment itself was good, and I will be booking another session for even better results.
This was my first laser appointment. I was quite nervous but the girl that did it (Gerda) was absolutely lovely.
For the positives, although it looks uninviting from the outside, inside is very clean and professional.
They are efficient, work well, use good material.
I had a bad experience on the customer service. I had booked a 6 sessions pack. I cancel one session, so i understand i wasn't able to rebook it. Another session i arrived 10minutes late because of bad traffic, and they completely refused to take me or rebook, no discussion whatsoever. I insisted, as you are booked for a 30min slot and the actual treatment last 10min. No. i lost 2 hours transport and a session. I was very frustrated
And i saw later on my report, they wrote i arrived 18min late which is untrue and humiliating.
I paid 6 sessions and got 4. I understand they are busy and needs some policies, but a little bit of flexibility and understanding of your customers would go a long way.
I would have bought other treatments here if they had been more accomodating. I have booked my next sessions in another place where i hope they have better customer service.
So this place is ok if you are sure you will never be 5 min late otherwise you loose a session.
