Only issue I have js it is hard to get hold of someone if I want change my appointment

I had travelled from Essex to come to my appointment . They had messed up my appointment time it was at 17:10 but they had 15:10 on the sheet . Then I was told I had to pay for laser for my fingers which was already paid for part of my voucher and then the last stopped my treatment on half arms I told her it's full arms she apologised and carried on without marking the top half of my arms. She did apologise but I was a little frustrated that everything was being don't incorrectly
