I've only been for the patch test before. The venue is a little strange, there seem to be two companies in the same space. I stood next to a curtain for a good few minutes when I got there, while a lady who was working for the other company completely ignored me and continued playing with her phone. Eventually someone acknowledged me and I was asked to complete the forms. The technician who did the patch test was absolutely lovely. She went through everything in loads of detail - preparing for the treatment, what it was and wasn't ok to do afterwards. The patch test was absolutely painless. My first laser session is booked in, they seem to be very busy, so hopefully this is a good sign.

I bought the laser hair removal 6sessions. I've had the patch test and the first session. Both times, the ladies working there, were very professional and polite. Good experience

I'm not sure this place possesses the latest laser technology. However, the staff is very nice and they seem to be serious and attentive.
