The call service which confirms your appointment the day before actually is of no use if you run late. This happened to me last week: I texted back that I was going to be late and I realised too late that the beautician had not been informed. As a result I did go in late and couldn't be seen. That is a massive issue if the booking service does not keep both sides of the conversation informed.

they aré puntual and vert profesional, the therapist is very knowledgeable and always checks with you during the procedure, as well as guiding you through what is going on
