Asked for gel powder nails, was given gel nails using the gel not the powder. The uv light kept burning my nail beds due to too much gel used at a time - nails were quite sore. I told the technician this but her technique did not change. (Had to put one nail under the uv at a time). I have quite a bit of excess hard gel on the under side of my nails
