Manicure was perfect, massage was great. Pedicure had imperfections which I only realised when I got home. I have advised the manager to de-list availability when her therapist is not in, as there was another customer also upset by this next to me.

Do not go here if you want eyelash extensions! I asked for an hour service individual lash infill. The women was very nice but didn’t ask me what I wanted and just started putting them on. The staff didn’t offer to hang my coat or put my bag anywhere and the floor was covered in hair. There was a separate beauty room which was not being used but instead she sat me in a hairdresser chair. The front door was left open and cigarette smoke kept wafting in - not a very relaxing environment. After 30 minutes she said they were done but when i looked she’d hardly put any on. I asked her for more which she was happy to do but 10 minutes later when I checked they still didn’t look full and looked uneven. After a 45 minute service she stopped again and said they we’re done, I wasn’t sure if she was rushing because she had other appointments or if she thought they looked good but they did not. I decided to call it a day and leave. Since the service I have noticed that she put clusters on instead of individual lashes and my lashes are covered in glue. I am going to have to go elsewhere to have them fixed but I don’t want to go back and spend anymore money there. I wouldn’t recommend.
