Staff were very nice but they didn’t know how to handle my hair, they just seemed baffled. They swapped in between 2 people who did different things which made me nervous that someone’s technique wouldn’t be as good? It was for a special occasion so I needed it to look good. They also suggested lots of products that I should use myself, to help my hair, such as leave in conditioner. I appreciated the advice however they didn’t use any product on my hair whatsoever after washing, which is clearly needed being unusually thick and knotty - they didn’t take their own advice. In the end the hair did look nice enough and I was pleased with it overall, although by no means the best blow dry I’ve ever had. Ok value for money though as it was really quite cheap, however I wouldn’t visit again. Thank you to the lovely ladies there though, I know my hair can be a challenge!

What a local gem! Moda 3 is exceptional value for money and Tanya is a lovely, skilled hairdresser who did a beautiful job and really listens to what you want (while adding her own flair). Everyone in W12 should give them a try!

Went for balayage with olaplex and cut and what a wonderful job this salon has done! Colours look great and they really take their time to get it right. Cut is lovely too, very happy lady. Such a good price so the salon isn’t the type to expect lattes and massage chairs. But who needs all that when they do a damn good job on the hair! W12 gem, will definitely be returning!!!
