Although the day before to the service I was a bit distressed as I was informed by the hair saloon that appointments were overbooked and that they would not be able to serve in the arranged times, the hairdresser managed to get the situation sorted in a very effective way. When I arrived at my appointment, she was very professional and I had done a stunning blow dry that is still in good shape.
