Not satisfied at all with service provided. Really bad messy haircut, not what initially asked for. Hair looks so bad and asymmetric, will just have to hope it grows out quickly and I can have a proper haircut.

Great blowdry- my hair looked fabulous for days. Clearly Silvia is an expert on drying my kind of shoulder length, thick hair. Came out with a very shiny, smooth style.
