Brilliant salon. The decor is nice and relaxing and tidy. I had full head highlights and blow dry. My hair was orange prior and they made it so ashy and beautiful. I am extremely satisfied and will be back. I rate it 5 stars
Went for balayage expecting to be there for 2 hours. I waited half an hour for my appointment then sat in the chair for 3 and a half more hours - 4 hours in total! Lovely lady did my hair but the colour was much lighter and brassier than I requested and by the time I was done I only had time for a very rushed blowdry as I was late for my valentines plans! There were too many clients and only 3 staff so I spent a lot of the time waiting for them to come back to me. The salon was very dirty too. Very disappointed. I need more colour in my fringe and a correct toner put through but will be going elsewhere unfortunately.
