I'm always nervous about going to a new hairdresser but she made me feel really at ease, everyone was really friendly there and nice to talk to, i showed her a picture of what i wanted and she spoke to me to tell me what she was going to do and to make sure everything was what i wanted, my hair looks exactly how i wanted and i'm glad to have finally found a hairdresser i will be returning to!

I had a keratin treatment done here 6mths ago and my hair felt really tacky straight after. I assumed that the product wasn't good and had damaged my hair. The manager explained that the product probably wasn't washed out properly and offered to wash it again but I didn't have time. I must admit I left in a strop but to my surprise after I washed it a few days later it was actually very very silky!
Came back to re-do this treatment today and this time it was washed well and silky smooth straight away!! I am very impressed and my stylist was amazing! Amazing hair drying skills too! I have tried many different keratin treatments and some have been absolutely awful leaving me with frizz after a week! This place uses an amazing product of high quality and is well worth try the money!!!
I am sticking to Mode and actually feel bad for my 1st visit.

Don't go there for highlights it's terrible my hair looks orange in places and is very patchyits embarrassing I'm so upset wished I'd never bothered

The beauty therapist was friendly and down-to-earth and talked me through everything she was doing which was helpful. Good overall service and good value for money - would definitely recommend!
