I was early for my appointment and didn't mind while the therapist finished off her previous client. Although I was early my treatment was started late. The therapist was lovely and kept it professional. The salon didn't have a receptionist. I found the salon very "common" if you like, the room was cold and where my treatment was wasn't very relaxing as I could hear general chit chat and the hair dryers from the front. Apart from that my therapist done a great job.
