Blow Dry
Went for a blow dry with my sister before our brothers wedding, whilst mine was fine, my sisters was awful with them saying before she left “you should fix it later”. Left without saying anything as was too late to do anything about it. Called to speak about a refund and they refused saying nothing was wrong with it. Worst customer experience/ service, unfriendly and wouldn’t recommend to trust with your hair!
