I arrived at mode to find the shop closed and no one around. I had not been contacted to say my appointment was canceled. I am not happy. I want my money refunded. I’m obliged to rate with stars but Chelsea does not own the business and the owner of the shop should have contacted me.

Emailed the lady to say I wasn’t happy with my highlights as they were patchy and overall not done very well. She also stopped my appointment to deal with a last minute customer leaving me sitting there for an hour. Paid £185 and she hasn’t got the decency to reply to me. Very rude

As always a lovely experience. Chelsea is great at what she does and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my eyelashes done. They last a really long time and still look good when I come for my next appointment
