Fantastic visit to Mode again. They helped me pick a new hair style and then did a great job cutting it. Very happy.

Hairdresser was nice but didnt really take time to find out what i wanted, and also didnt show me how much she was cutting off, i had to keep asking her to show me. I wasn't that happy with the result, she seems to have cut it in quite an odd shape.

Got there and there was no hot water so they couldn’t do the wash cut and blow dry. No body had bothered to call and tell me this despite having my number so a complete wasted journey. The owners have left and all the staff went too so everyone in their is new and has no idea what they’re doing. Got the impression the issue with the water had happened a number of times before and they all just stood their helplessly asking eachother if they remember how to fix it. Mode used to be so friendly with fantastic customer service and that is not the case any more.
