I would have given 5 stars if the numbing cream had worked properly on me, the pain wasn’t a nice experience. However, I did get what I wanted in the end, which is a pair of eyebrows. There was a few little mistakes which, because I’m a perfectionist, I had corrected the next day. Lesley was really understanding and accommodating to make corrections and do what made me happy.
