I felt that I was misled during the appointment and ended up ‘agreeing’ to a service I hadn’t paid for and then got charged 50% more than I had already prepaid. I questioned this at the time but this wasn’t resolved so I feel like I was tricked into something more expensive that I hadn’t asked for and wasn’t made clear to me. I won’t go here again which is a shame as I’ve been going here for a while.
