I’ve been coming to Mode regularly for the last few years and have always had great experiences. This time I waited 45 minutes to be seen/acknowledged. The new manager did my hair and didn’t apologise for the wait time and I felt she was unprofessional and made a few rude remarks. The haircut was pretty good it was just a shame about the service.
