I was expecting to have balayage but instead highlight. I paid quite lots of money for hair colour, highlight, blow dry and wash. No hair cut. Cost me 164.00 it's quite deep. But I m happy with it next time I go back I would ask for little bit darker blonde.

Chelsea was very careful to explain all the processes I could choose from and I am happy with my choice. She is very gentle too.
