Dmitra has left. Wasn't told. Had new person who didn't speak English very well and needed other person in salon to translate. She was rather clumsy and knocked me a couple of times with wrist or comb including a wart on my cheekbone which I had pointed out. I specifically said I didn't want a parting but now have one.

I have visited Mode a few times for a full head of highlights with a cut and blow dry and now my hair has gone from dark brown to a beautiful ashy blonde colour. Aliye and Sevginar are very friendly as well as amazing stylists, I couldn’t be more happy with my hair. The salon is lovely, light and clean also. Thank you so much ladies!
