i am beyond disappointed. i wanted my hair cut short into almost a mullet style. i had videos showing how to cut it like this and pictures for reference. i asked my stylist if she was able to do it and she said yes. she struggled to even cut my hair straight and the layers were uneven. i had to get it fixed at another salon but it now looks nothing like what i had asked for. i was so upset i just wanted to leave. please bear this is mine and watch your stylist carefully if you come here

Blow Dry
Went for a blow dry with my sister before our brothers wedding, whilst mine was fine, my sisters was awful with them saying before she left “you should fix it later”. Left without saying anything as was too late to do anything about it. Called to speak about a refund and they refused saying nothing was wrong with it. Worst customer experience/ service, unfriendly and wouldn’t recommend to trust with your hair!
