Washed out within half a week to a red tone. Was applied uneven so have darker patches in hair. Dark toner was started after my hair line shows my light brown regrowth hair now, bleached parts, then dark toner that’s now red. Dark toner was applied at different levels each side of my hair. Was continuously ignored. Finally got through, told I could come in to have done again, I asked for money back, at least half, spent £98 in there. Buying additional treatment, which I didn’t request money back
