Despite showing a few images of the short style I wanted, the stylist completely failed to achieve anything remotely like them. Not only did she cut far too short at the back with barely any tapering, leaving a strange layer of jutting out hair, but she also had to get help from another stylist. This other stylist even asked me 'do you feel pain' at one point when adding layers in. I was glad I was wearing a face covering to hide my utter disappointment. Eva needs serious retraining.

I was a bit nervous to be honest to go to a hair dresser with the current situation. However, I was reassured as soon as I got to the door. There were clear instructions about sanitisors and masks and also needing to tak my temperature. All the stylists are in PPE and I was in my mask. The staff were incredibly kind and Eva did an amazing cut and colour but was also really approachable and comfortable as a person. Thank you:)
