I arrived 15 minutes before my treatment, usually there is a form to fill in (not here). I was told I was early so to sit until therapist was ready. We went into the small room - there was little room to move about but it was warm. I was advised to put the towel wrap around me which had scratchy Velcro on - irritating as felt it during massage. Therapist was pleasant &friendly, the start of the massage was disrupted showing me products & talked throughout massage. Products, loyalty points etc...
