This was my first time at Modello and I can find hairdressers and salons quite intimidating to begin with but I felt very welcome here and Beth was lovely. And she did a lovely job with my hair wash and cut.

although 1st time styling my hair emma knew instinctively what i was asking for. i loved my hair & didn’t want to wash it as soon as i got home which i usually do! will definitely go to emma in future
