First time at Modello and I now won’t go elsewhere. The whole team were lovely from start to finish. Alana is exceptional at what she does and put me completely at ease. Double checked everything I wanted before going ahead. My hair is in the best condition it has been in a long time and I have fallen back in love with my hair thanks to Alana.

Alana is very skilled and also intuitive, she listens to what you need and want and then will check in re this to make sure you are both clear about colour/ cuts . I love my time with Alana and find the others in the shop are all really kind and respectful too. It’s a fabulous hairdressers and have the best of team working there 🩷
