I came to modello for LVL (lash lift). Unknown to me there were options for the curl of the lash. Karla let me choose this & also what tint I preferred on my lashes. Never been asked this before so was a pleasant surprise. Karla talked me through everything she was doing & always checked I was comfortable. Lovely result, will definitely be back again! :)

I went to Modella because my wee girl had cut her own hair. I spoke to the sylist and she reassured me that the hair cut wasnt noticeable and advised us about what we could do next. She was brillaint with my week girl chatting away even though my daughter is quite shy. She really pampered her making her fell really special when she left as she cut and styled her hair. We will defintely be back.
