The appointment was at 3:30 the team were running 20 minutes behind schedule.
According to the website the running time for the treatment is 1hour.
My treatment was complete by 4.10 when I left the salon. I paid £28 via Treatwell, as I was leaving they gave me £3 back.
When I got back to the car I inspected my feet. One toe was bleeding badly and while the nails had been clipped they hadn’t been shaped or filed. I wish I’d noticed this before I left.

Taking my gel nails off was the worst experience as he hacked them off which ruined my nail beds and now i have very soft flaky broken nails even though l have gel on them. Filed them pointed when my nails are square with rounded edges so he then filed them so l had hardly any nails left. Couldn’t speak English very well so when l asked a question he didn’t understand.
Won’t be back again. Wish l had stuck to my usual salon
