I showed staff a picture of nails I wanted- they were able to do it but colours would not be exactly the same (browns and beiges). When it came to it, they wanted to replace 2 out of 3 colours with black and white. If I knew before I would have got a different design so was pretty miffed. It ended up costing £45, my usual shop charges £34 for infills and art :( felt like they were only interested in money and my technician was being rushed with floods of bookings waiting 45mins+ past app times

I love my nails! I had dipping pot extensions which I highly recommend, so durable. The shape and colour are exactly what I asked for and I have had so many compliments!
The lady who did my nails is the manager I think - she was so friendly and chatty. Really enjoyed my treat and love my nails.

Every time I visit this salon I vow never to go back. They talk about you in their own language which I find rude. They only accept cash which is inconvenient and if you book via Treatwell they ask you for proof that you’ve paid in an accusatory way as if you haven’t paid at all.

Fantastic nails, thank you! I had acrylic infills on my fingers and toes, as well as a gel colour on top. I am really pleased with the service at this salon - this is my second time at Modern Nails and I will definitely be coming back again.
