Overall it was an okay experience. Just a couple points I picked up on, as a few other reviews mentioned, they’re pretty busy and it does feel like your treatment is rushed. For people like me, a mummy where this is your me time and time to relax it’s a shame as I really enjoy getting my nails done. The staff are nice enough but don’t go out of their way to make conversation. Again none of these points are terrible but personally it maybe wasn’t the place for me.

My treatments were good; nails were painted very well, although my toe nails were cut too short and I wasn’t shown. I ended up with nail polish on my left foot half way down which I had to scape off myself. I was also left for 30 minutes under a cold fan where I was sat to dry my nail polish and I had to call someone twice to check if my nails were dry. The lady who also did my nails was not very friendly or talkative and made me feel I was being a nuisance trying to talk to her.
