Been before and great for single colour but asked for french tip and showed a picture and what I got was nothing like it. Wanted thin delicate tip and got wide, thick white tip and was uneven between fingers. Would have asked for it to be changed but my appt was already 1 hour 20 mins. Luckily have filed right down at home and they look just about acceptable.

Love my nails! I had baby pink on my toes which looks so cute. And a modern french acrylic on my hands. Done very well. They are all so lovely in there. Will deffo be back.

Had booked in for a shellac manicure, felt incredibly rushed-treatment was booked for 45 minutes and was done within 30 minutes, more like an express polish. Area was not cleaned down between clients and therapist on and off their phone during treatment. Overall the final finish is ok but it was very much in and out as quick as possible to get more clients through, not enjoyable at all.
