Booked an appointment for gel extensions. On treatwell it said it’d cost me £25, but I decided to pay there as I wasn’t sure what was included. Well turned out that the manicure wasn’t included and they didn’t do it. When I asked they said it’s too late and I had to book it. So I have beautiful gel nails but no manicure. Also one nail was badly shaped, so it looks like my finger is bent. Which I’ve noticed after I left. The stuff was friendly although they didn’t speak English well enough.
At the end I was charged £35 instead of £25 as it said on treatwell and I couldn’t get an answer why it was more expensive. Not getting back

Great experience very relaxing atmosphere and great conversation during both treatments. Sadly I wasn’t able to go ahead with my wax but a refund was offered promptly!

It was a quick version of a pedicure.
I came with the trainers, so once I put my shoes after the procedure both toes were ruined. I went back there the next day, and lady immediately fixed which was very nice of them.
Overall it is a good service and you get for what you are paying.
