nails are misshapen and pointing in different directions, definitely not worth spending 50 pounds on them (nail art was amazing though) very disappointed as i have had a great experience with them before

Didn't have the colour I asked for, applied a different colour without telling me. When I noticed I asked for the colour I wanted and they kept bringing me the wrong colour. I had to get up and find another myself and no one really helped me look.
