Zero consultation on the desired shape of brow. Left with uneven brows, let alone the desired shape. When pointing out the issue the technician was unable to speak English to resolve and embarrassingly involved the whole salon including a customer to translate and offered zero resolution, saying it was my eye brows that were wonky. Would not recommend

I love my eyelashes. They are so pretty and beautiful. They look natural and they are not heavy or uncomfortable to wear. Camilla is exceptional.

Easily the worst eyelashes I've ever had. Within 3 day's of getting them there was a major fallout and if I wasn't flying out I would've returned for a full refund. Pity I didn't stick to my usual eyelash technician who actually does a good job and my lashes last 3 to 4 weeks rather than 3 to 4 days. I hate giving a negative review, however in this case I felt compelled to give an honest account.
