I booked the appointment the day before, had my confirmation, turned up and the shop was closed. I rang but no answer so went elsewhere

It says on the treat well website and google that they are open, I made my way to the appointment I booked only to find out it is closed. I called all phone numbers and no one answered. Waste of time and I had to make my way all the way back home. Don’t recommend at all
