Went in for a lash lift and eyebrow threading - the girl didnt have the booking for the eyebrows so was 15 minutes early. did the lift which was great but then woke up the next day (i sleep on my back so no chance of anything interfering) and one lash had already gone back to normal. so here i am walking around with one lash lifted and looking great and one normal and straight. not too happy

The place looked very clean and tidy. But during my procedure i felt like the lady was very quite as it was my first time getting the treatment and the lady didn't talk through what she was about to do. I just felt awkward and uncomfortable. She seemed very nice but I would definitely rate about 2-3/5 for professionalism.

Initially booked in for HD brows only but was convinced by Andreia to also get the LVL (lash lift) with tint. Was absolutely amazed by the end results. I didn't feel the need to wear mascara either.Just had my second HD brows recently, and my brows are much thicker now since I was put on regrowth. Definitely be going back for the LVL and HD brows in a few weeks!
