I’d gone for a full wax, I kept telling the beautician that the wax was too hot but she still continued. I have wax burns all over my body, even now and it’s been more than 4 weeks. I have then gone to complain and get a refund as I was very disappointed with the service, the manager took pictures of the burns and told me she would talk to Treatwell (where I had booked the package). A week later I went back to the salon and she said she was waiting for a call that same afternoon. Another week later I called Treatwell myself to see if there was an update to which they replied that no one had contacted them about any such thing. I’m extremely disappointed and upset. Now even Treatwell cannot reach the salon. Please do not go here, bad customer service and even worse treatment !
I have been getting my nails done for ten years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. My eyebrows were fine however it took three hours to do a shellac colour change and an unsuccessful nail removal where I was left with acrylic still on my nails and not enough time to re apply shellac or even a nail hardener after multiple mistakes and re attempts on my toenails. There was not one apology offered by the staff. I was left very disappointed and do not advise anyone to visit this salon - there is reason why it was empty all day.
