I’ve been coming here since the start, she’s so chill and welcoming which makes you feel at ease straight away :) she has a wealth of knowledge and can recommend you what to do with your hair and what products to use and not to use. My hair is a lot healthier now then before I started coming here.

Unfortunately I did not get what I asked for. I asked for a blonde balayage (I understood that this would be a process and I wouldn’t be fully blonde in this session) but I left the salon with my colour looking almost exactly the same. I also asked if she could thin it out without putting layers in, which I have had done before several times but she said the only way to do it was to put in layers, and I really did not like the look of them. Pretty disappointed considering I paid £120 for it :(
