Ashely was brilliant! After the initial appointment, my roots were still darker than I wanted and when I told Ashley she was happy for me to come back a week later to fix it to my taste. She
put some extra highlights in for the perfect blond. My hair looks fab and will definitely be returning!

Terrible customer service, as I was making my way to the Salon I was toldto arrive 30 mins as she was running late, when I arrived the main door was locked and had to wait outside for 15 minutes only way I get in was another lady was leaving the building from a different salon. As I walk in Ashley is still with the previous client and there is no sense of urgency. I have to wait for another 20 minutes for below par haircut which is I later find out my hair has been cut unevenly. Don't reccomend
