Ashley went above and beyond offering drinks and always checking in to make sure I was happy with my hair, throughout I felt welcome and at ease. Unfortunately, I did feel slightly rushed with it being a very busy afternoon. In hind sight the appointment should have been cancelled and rebooked. I didn’t receive the Olaplex treatment, which I was disappointed by as my hair needed it being in bleach for a long time.
Overall I enjoyed the experience, Ashley did a good job and I would revisit!

Sooo happy with my hair.. Ashley gave me a complete hair make over. If you have blonde hair Ashley is a MUST! Relaxing hair dressing experience, the Prosecco topped it off perfectly :)

Came a few weeks ago and my hair is still looking great! Ashley did an amazing job repairing years of bleach damage and unevenness I’m so happy with it :) also love the K18 !
